How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 2-3 business days. International orders may take 7–14 business days depending on location.

Do the kits come with everything I need?
Yes! Each kit includes a pre-framed canvas, eco-friendly paints, brushes, reference guide, and an easel (for mini kits). No extras needed.

What if I run out of paint?
Don’t worry — our kits include more than enough paint. 

What if the paint has dried?
If your paint has thickened or dried a little, simply add a few drops of warm water and stir well with a toothpick or brush handle. Leave it for a few minutes, then mix again — it will return to a smooth, usable texture.

Can I return or exchange my kit?
Yes. If your kit arrives damaged or you change your mind within 30 days (unused), simply contact us for a replacement or refund.

Are these suitable for beginners?
